Connections is a program for young adults, ages 14-26, who are experiencing difficulties with mental or emotional issues. We provide assistance with:
- Developing emotional control
- Anger management
- Relationship skills
- Employment
- Health & fitness
- Skill-building
- Independent living
At Connections we believe:
- That young people have the ability to take control of and make responsible choices about their lives
- That young people deserve respect
- That young people have the potential to grow and change
- That recovery takes place in the collaborative environment of family, friends, and the Connections program
- That we serve as advocates for the young people in our program
In order to become a member of Connections, you must be:
- Able to pay for services or have a funding source
- Between the ages of 14 and 26 years old
- Able to take any prescribed medications independently
- Able to function in a group setting with minimal staff assistance
- Responsible for yourself and your behavior
