Connections is a program for young adults, ages 14-26, who are experiencing difficulties with mental or emotional issues. We provide assistance with:

• Developing emotional control
• Anger management
• Relationship skills
• Employment
• Health & fitness
• Skill-building
• Independent living

At Connections we believe:

• That young people have the ability to take control of and make responsible choices about their lives
• That young people deserve respect
• That young people have the potential to grow and change
• That recovery takes place in the collaborative environment of family, friends, and the Connections program
• That we serve as advocates for the young people in our program

In order to become a member of Connections, you must be:

• Able to pay for services or have a funding source
• Between the ages of 14 and 26 years old
• Able to take any prescribed medications independently
• Able to function in a group setting with minimal staff assistance
• Responsible for yourself and your behavior
